Why Read The Book?
A question I often ask people is, What would you say is the meaning and purpose of your life here on planet Earth?
The Christian Holy Bible tells us that our life on Earth, even if we live to be a hundred, is very, very short in comparison to our eternal life in Heaven (if we qualify).
If this is true, if we are to live our short life on Earth before experiencing eternal life in Heaven. Then it is obvious we are here for a purpose.
Also, the Bible tells us that when our life comes to an end here, our eternal destiny is Heaven or Hell. And the person who makes the decision of our being accepted into heaven or being cast into hell is Jesus Christ.
Someone once asked Jesus the most important question about Heaven. They asked Jesus. What must I do to inherit eternal life in Heaven. And the answer was that we must keep the greatest commandment of God. Which is that we must love God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength, and to love our neighbour as ourselves.
The reason Jesus said this was because in Heaven everyone loves God with all their heart, mind, soul and strength, and loves one another as themselves. That’s what makes Heaven, Paradise.
The reason God created hell, is to punish those who are evil, who don’t want to love God with all their heart, mind, soul and strength, and so God cannot allow them into Heaven. For God will never allow anyone or anything into Heaven that could spoil Heaven.
So, according to God, the meaning and purpose of our short life here on Earth, is to allow God to work with us, in us and through us. Transforming us into the person God wants us to become, preparing us for eternal life in Heaven.
This is why I wrote the book, Amazing Evidence For God: How To Experience The Power And Presence Of God. So that you would know the evidence that proves these things are true, and so you can learn to experience the power and presence of God at work in and through your life here on Earth.
And that is why you should read this book. So you can read and prove these things are true. So you can experience the power and presence of God, and inherit eternal life in Heaven.
Chapters of The Book
Chapter 1. The Power and Presence of God.
2,000 years ago, God came to Earth in the person of Jesus Christ. Not only did he amaze everyone with his demonstration of the power and presence of God, he also gave his disciples the ability to live and move in the power and presence of God.
Then, following Jesus's ascension into Heaven, just as Jesus had promised his followers, Jesus sent the Holy Spirit of God to His people, and they continued living in the power and presence of God.
Over the past 2,000 years that power and presence of God has always been available to the followers of Jesus Christ, and that will continue until Jesus Christ returns at the end of this age.
In this chapter, I share how I went from being an atheist to a Christian to becoming a church minister. How I discovered the amazing evidence for God, and how I began to experience the power and presence of God. It was just like I had read about Christians experiencing the power and presence of God, which was written about in the Christian Holy Bible.
I then share how I began to teach others through my Listening to God meetings, and over a period of fifteen years, helped many people come to experience the power and presence of God in their lives.
The very fact that Christians have been experiencing the power and presence of God for the past 2,000 years, and that people have been learning how to do this over the past few years should encourage you. You can learn this too.
You can learn how God can speak to you directly, through his angels, through your dreams and visions, and through other Christians. You will learn how to pray for miracles of healing for yourself and for others.
You can experience God working in you and through you, delivering messages from God for others. This is an amazing and wonderful way to serve the Lord our God.
Chapter 2. God Reveals The Future.
In this chapter, I am going to share with you the amazing evidence for God through the prophecies of God. You will read of many of the prophesies of God gave to the people and were recorded hundreds, even thousands of years before they were fulfilled.
You will read of the prophecies of God that were fulfilled in the birth, life, ministry, crucifixion, death, and resurrection (being raised to life again), of Jesus Christ! You will also read of why all these prophecies of God would have been impossible to have been added to the scriptures after they had been fulfilled.
You will have noticed the heading for this chapter - Including prophecies #1-35.
The following chapters also number the prophecies of God listed in that chapter. The reason for this is that I wanted to emphasise how the prophecies of God flow from the beginning of Creation by God, and how through history to our present day and on to the Return of Christ, and the new Heaven and Earth and Jerusalem that is to come.
Also, the reason I have presented the prophecies of God in this way, is because I want to make it easy for those of you who want or need to do their own research to prove it is true.
I could have included many more prophecies of God in my book, but I felt that in doing so, you would have spent so much time reading the prophecies of God, that it might have overwhelmed and obscured some of the important points that I feel will benefit you the most in reading my book.
Chapter 3. The Gospel of Luke.
In this chapter, the Gospel of Luke is taken from the Christian Holy Bible. Here you will read the words spoken by Jesus, spoken by God. Words that were not just for the people of two thousand years ago, but words spoken by God for you today! Words that tell you exactly what you must do to inherit eternal life in Heaven, and how to experience the love, joy, peace, power and presence in your life here on Earth.
It is through reading the Gospel of Luke (and the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and John). That we read of the Lord God of all creation coming down from Heaven in the person of Jesus Christ. Who came to a people who were rebellious and who had broken the commandments of God. And Jesus came with a rescue plan, a plan of salvation. So that we could be forgiven and begin a new life on Earth, living in a Holy Communion with God. And living as a Child of God, with the assurance of eternal life in Heaven.
We also read of the cost, the sacrificial death of Jesus on the cross, who died that we might enjoy eternal life in Heaven. This is how much God loves us, this is how much God loves you!
Chapter 4. Acts of The Apostles.
In this chapter, also written by Luke, and taken from the Christian Holy Bible. Luke writes of how the promise of Jesus to send the power and presence of God on his people descended on the Day of Pentecost.
The people witnessed and experienced miracles of healings in Jesus name, of demons being cast out in Jesus name, of other miracles, of God speaking to them directly, through his angels, through their dreams, visions, and other followers of Christ Jesus.
This is how those Christians (followers of Jesus Christ) lived their lives, in the power and presence of God, and how God wants you to live your life today, in that same power and presence of God.
Chapter 5. The Amazing Evidence for God.
In this chapter, you will discover how the prophecies of God given four thousand years ago connect with prophecies fulfilled and given two thousand years ago, and fulfilled in recent history, and of those to be fulfilled in the future.
As you have read in previous chapters of the prophecies of God, and now the prophecies in this chapter, it becomes obvious that these are not just a collection of prophecies given about random events in history.
These prophecies prove that the history of humankind has been unfolding according to the predetermined plan and purpose of God. Amazing, but true!
Chapter 6. How To Experience The Power And Presence of God.
In the previous chapters, you will have read of the amazing evidence for God through the prophecies of God. You will have also read of how, since God came to Earth two thousand years ago, God has enabled Christians to experience the love, joy, peace, power and presence of God in their lives.
So, in this chapter, you have a step-by-step guide of what you need to do to ensure you will go to heaven when you die, and how you can experience the power and presence of God in your life here on Earth. Reading this book really can help you to change your life for the better, forever!

My name is David Ramanauskas, I'm a retired church minister and author of the book,
Amazing Evidence For God: How To Experience The Power And Presence Of God.
As a young man I was an atheist; I didn't believe in God. But I became curious as to the meaning of life - the meaning of my life on Earth, and if there was life after death, then why are we here?
I began studying different religions, and eventually that search for answers led me to become a Christian, and some years later, a minister in the Church of England.
I continued my studies, which led me to discover the amazing evidence for God, which proved the history of humankind had been unfolding according to the predetermined plan and purpose of God.
I also discovered how it was possible for God to communicate with us, to speak to us directly, through His angels, through our dreams and visions and through other Christians.
I set up a Listening to God prayer meeting at our church, which helped others as well as myself in learning how to listen and hear from God. And it was through Listening to God, that we began to experience miracles of healing, and for some years, I helped to lead a Healing Service once a month, and we experienced many miracles of healing.
The most dramatic healing of all, was when I was age 67 and dying of pancreatic cancer. I had been put on the NHS Fast Track system, and everyone expected me to be dead within three months.
But when I asked God if I was going to die, God told me He had healed me before and would heal me again. God also told me that now was the time to begin my new ministry, and gave me the scripture from the Book of Psalms. I shall not die, but live and declare the works of the Lord. Psalm 118:17.
I asked God to heal me without surgery or medical treatment, because I didn't want my testimony to be that God healed me through the skill of the surgeon. I wanted to be able to live and declare the works of the Lord. That Jesus told me He would heal me, and without surgery or any medical treatment God healed me.
I kept telling all my family and friends, don't worry, God's going to heal me, but they felt sorry for me as they thought I was deluded. Two months later I was wondering just how close to death I would come, or even if God was going to let me physically die, before raising me from the dead. Because I looked like death and I felt like death.
But then, day by day I began to feel a little better, and within a month I was completely healed. Jesus said He would heal me, and without surgery or any medical treatment, and much to the surprise of the surgeon and doctors, I was completely healed by God. Praise the Lord!
So, it's a bit of a bold statement to write a book with the title - Amazing Evidence for God: How To Experience The Power And Presence Of God. But what I am sharing with you today, is just what Christians discovered about the evidence for God, and experiencing the power and presence of God in their lives 2,000 years ago when God came to Earth in the person of Jesus Christ.
This means you should have every confidence in learning about the evidence for God, and experiencing the power and presence of God in your life. Because that is what millions of Christians have experienced down through the past 2,000 years.
And for me, sharing this with you is the fulfilment of the prophecy of God over my life. That I shall not die, but live and declare the works (the wonderful works) of the Lord my God, Jesus Christ.
