As a young man I had been an atheist, but then I became curious about life after death, and the meaning and purpose of human life on Earth.
I began looking at all the different religions except the Christian faith.
After some eighteen months someone suggested I read the four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, from the Christian Holy Bible. They said it would mean more to me now as an adult than when as a child learning about God in School.
What I read about Jesus Christ changed my life for the better, forever. Of all the religions in the world, of all the religious leaders in the world, only Jesus Christ died for me. So that I might receive the gift of God, of eternal life in Heaven.
It has taken me nearly fifty years to write the book , Amazing Evidence For God: How To Experience The Power And Presence Of God. Not because I am a slow writer! But because many of my personal experiences of the power and presence of God, have happened over the last thirty years of my life.
In this book, I have included ninety-six prophecies of God, that not only prove God exists, but also that the history of humankind has been unfolding according to the predetermined plan and purpose of God.
These prophecies also prove that God loves you and died on the cross for you, to rescue you. No matter what your past, no matter if you were an atheist, agnostic or just didn't care about God.
Imagine you were in another country, driving a car and you caused an accident and killed a pedestrian.
You were taken to court and the Judge delivered the death sentence. The following morning you would be executed.
But the following morning the jailer came to set you free. Someone else came to take your place, someone who was innocent of any crime gave themselves up, and accepted the execution, so that you might go free.
Would you be grateful to that person? Well, that's what Jesus did for you on the cross.
That's why I wrote the book, to explain why Jesus died on the cross for you. It is why I have provided so much evidence, so that you can have every confidence Jesus died for you.
